A. Return & Refund Policy
Introduction
Customers may be entitled to return products under the conditions set out below. A customer is any natural person who enters into a purchase contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade or business.
Return Policy
We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order, without requiring a reason, depending on applicable local consumer protection laws.
To initiate a return, you must inform us (puffcombb@gmail.com) by email with a clear statement of your decision to return the product. A return form is not mandatory but may be used for convenience.
Effects of Return
If you return an order, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (excluding additional costs resulting from choosing a different delivery method than the standard shipping offered), within 14 days of receiving your return request or returned goods, whichever is later.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Condition of Returned Items
Customers are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.
Regional Differences (USA & International Customers)
Customers outside the European Union, including the United States, may be subject to different consumer protection laws depending on their state or country of residence. In some regions, return rights may be limited or not applicable in the same way as in the EU.
